Our client in the entertainment sector, MediaCorp, offers an extensive lineup of thirty-five channels, reaching more than 100 million households across India. These channels are also available worldwide, including in the USA, Canada, Europe, Singapore, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand.

Background

  • The client has already implemented SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM Payroll for their operations. However, these two systems need to be synchronized to meet the organization's current requirements.
  • The organization has over 850 employees and operates in more than 4 locations.
  • Key business challenges include the following:
    • The SuccessFactors Employee Central module has not been utilized since its implementation.
    • HCM Payroll has not been updated or synchronized with SuccessFactors.
    • There is an expectation to reimplement the Employee Central module and synchronize it with the existing HCM Payroll system.

Solution

  • We analyzed all existing HR business processes and challenges, adopting a consultative approach for each business solution.
  • We restructured the organizational chart and transformed the employee grading structure.
  • We also cleaned the master data and updated it with the necessary details.
  • Additionally, we integrated SAP SuccessFactors with SAP HCM Payroll using CPI integration tools.
  • The program was implemented within five months, followed by three weeks of hyper-care support.
