Background

• The client was utilizing an outdated HRMS system for their HR operations and aimed to standardize business processes across all manufacturing and operational sites.
• The customer sought to implement employee self-service and manager self-service functionalities.
• There are over 900 employees spread across more than 10 locations.
  • The primary business challenges consist of disorganized and decentralized data.

Solution

• A global solution was required to reduce administrative costs and establish consistent processes across all organizational locations.
• Disorganized and unmanaged data was reformatted through a data cleansing process.
• We completed the integration of SAP HCM Payroll and Employee Central (EC) SuccessFactors with the SAP FI Module.
• We utilized integration middleware tools, specifically CPI.
• The program was implemented over a period of 9 months, followed by 1 month of hyper-care support.
